The protective devices amplify sounds within a safe hearing range. And digital plugs automatically block noise once it exceeds 95dB.

At work to play, you can wear custom earmolds wherever you might encounter loud noises. Custom hearing protection is designed for all-day use and provides better defense and greater comfort than store-bought earplugs. The earmolds come in standard or digital protection options.

Custom Earbuds
Custom-fit earbuds attach to your current headphones and fit perfectly to your unique ear shape. They reduce background noise and ensure your earbuds deliver higher quality sound, eliminating the need to turn up your music to a dangerous volume. We make custom earbuds that attach to most major brands except AirPods. Hearing Associates also offers custom headphones that don’t require an existing pair of earbuds, so we can completely customize a new pair you can use to listen to music, stream audio and game.
Swim Molds
The custom fit of swim molds will keep your ears dry while you’re in the water. This type of hearing protection is typically used to prevent Swimmer’s Ear. They can also prevent moisture damage to children’s ear tubes during bathing and swimming.
Musician and shooting earplugs, hearing protection and custom fit earbuds require roughly two weeks to complete. Swim molds have a shorter processing time. It takes about 10 minutes to make an ear impression and 20 minutes to harden and waterproof custom earmolds. They will be ready for use after 48 hours.
